Councillor Vacancies
Could you represent your town as a councillor?
Westbury Town Council have two casual vacancies for co-opted councillors in our Westbury West Ward. The council has enough councillors to legally perform its duties but would like to fill these vacancies. Our councillors are the driving force behind all decisions that impact the town and there will be many meetings, events and activities that you can be involved in. The role of a councillor is unpaid but it is a rewarding role and you can really make a difference to Westbury and its community. The only skills you require is a willingness to work hard for a better Westbury and be ready to represent its people.
The deadline for us to receive your applications is Friday 9th June 2023.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact Deborah Urch, Town Clerk at info@westburytowncouncil.gov.uk or telephone 01373 822232.
