Penleigh Junior Play Area

Wednesday 10th February 2021 – Following a spate of vandalism in Penleigh Park where a bench and littler bin was ripped out of their concrete fixings. Westbury Town Council has paid to reinstall the bench and bin and at the same time added a new bench to the junior play area and a new bin in the toddler play area. In addition to these repairs, the town council has replaced the broken Iplay in the junior play area with an exciting new multi-play equipment. You will see from the photos (on the right) that the multi-play provides children with numerous ways to exercise in a fun and safe way. In the coming months the town council will be looking to replace the gates to the play areas, so they open and close easily while keeping the area secure for young children.
